I am a 15 year old girl and i weigh 9 stone 8 and am 5 foot 5. By no means do I think I am overweight and my BMI is within the healthy range. I eat healthily and I do sports almost every day. However, in the past 6 months I have gained a stone and a half?! I know that as you grow its perfectly normal to gain weight etc, but I used to be so toned but now I look quite chubby compared to all my friends. I would like to go back to that but seeing as I eat the right amount and do plenty of exercise already, what can I do? I was thinking more cardio as the exercise I do right now is predominantly strength training.
