How to lose weight? watch

I am a 15 year old girl and i weigh 9 stone 8 and am 5 foot 5. By no means do I think I am overweight and my BMI is within the healthy range. I eat healthily and I do sports almost every day. However, in the past 6 months I have gained a stone and a half?! I know that as you grow its perfectly normal to gain weight etc, but I used to be so toned but now I look quite chubby compared to all my friends. I would like to go back to that but seeing as I eat the right amount and do plenty of exercise already, what can I do? I was thinking more cardio as the exercise I do right now is predominantly strength training.

I’d say if you are exercising and eating right then you have no reason to try and lose any weight. Your weight sounds very healthy for your height. If you are worried about your weight gain and you think it’s unexplained then you could always go to a doctor, it may be something to do with your hormones or perhaps thyroid.

In the mean time, if you want to up your exercise I would focus on strength training (you can find some really good routines on YouTube)
