    You can go running or do some workouts in your room at home. the point is neither of your choices will cure your depression and are likely to make it worse.

    I live in uni halls and people will hear me. I know neither will work but it’s so hard to fight the temptation

    Dude I can hear my flatmate occasionally yelling the f word in the thickest loudest scottish imaginable through the walls, and I do not care. Your slightly excessive panting from exercising is never going to raise any particular thoughts towards you from your flatmates.

    Press ups and sit ups won't even make noise.
