Lost my virginity at 19 to someone I was very much in love with for a period of time (but later messed up) - no regrets

Yes I do regret it. It was a poor decision made during an extremely difficult and vulnerable time in my life. That being said, it was the right decision for what I wanted at the time and if it hadn’t happened in the way that it did then there is a high possibility, a very likely chance, that it would have happened in a much worse way and in more regretful manner than what it actually was due to what I was going through at he time.
If I could could go back mindful of what I know now, and keep the knowledge, then I would make a different choice for my future husband and also for the good of my soul. . We all have different attitudes toward physical intimacy and I respect everyone’s opinions etc but personally place a high value on physical intimacy and think people should respect their body more. It seems to be goal to get with as many people as possible and I have grave concerns over this.

I lost my virginity at 18 in an EPIC fashion!
But I wish it would have been with someone I actually cared about.

Although I haven't lost my virginity, I know somebody who had when she was 14.
She regrets losing it so early as it wasn't with somebody she cared about. She tells me "if you're going to lose your virginity, it should be with somebody you care about"
Sorry I can't speak from personal experience.

I'd not long turned 18. It's kind of a regret, but not because of my age. It was just a stupid person and I did it for a stupid reason. I wasn't in the right headspace at the time, but I can't take it back and I don't see any point in me worrying about that now. I use the word regret very lightly, because I honestly don't consider it to be such an important part of my life that it would hold as much weight as a true regret
