    I currently do a level biology, maths and chemistry. I did ict and computer science at GCSE and got A*s in both. Is there a way to do software engineering at university?

    Maths is all you really need for a Software Engineering / Computer Science course. They don't expect much background knowledge.

    You only need to study Maths to do Software Engineering at most universities since the Computer Science part can easily be built up from the Maths since Computer Science is effectively applied maths

    If you achieve A*A*A-AAA you can apply to universities like Imperial, Edinburgh and Southamptom. If you'd also be interested in comp sci you can look at oxbridge, warwick and UCL.
