    who else is stressed about mocks? we're on midterm right now and my panic attacks are getting worse. I'm panicking about exams but I can't even study! I have no psych for anything. anyone have advice they could give me?
    P.S. my A level subjects are: Sociology, Psychology, History and Environmental management.

    Just break it down into small parts.
    Take it one day at a time.
    Realise they are just mocks.
    The more work you do, the less stressed you will feel and the better you will perform.
    Be organsed.
    Do your best.

    30-45 min blocks an 5-10 mins break on the hour.
