Legally and by nationality, the person is a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Great Britain is the geographical reference to the largest Island of the collective British Isles and comprises England, Scotland and Wales.

English is either the spoken language or used by some individuals to identify their place of birth (England) and ancestry prior to unification.

The person is therefore a British citizen permanently resident in England.
