    Hi everyone!
I have an interview for the BA graphic design course at Kingston university in the next 2 weeks. I was wondering if anyone had their interview and how did it go. Like what questions did they ask and what were you expected to do at the interview. It’s my first choice and I want to be prepared
If anyone has any advice it would be very useful.
    Thanks

Make sure you have read everything that they have sent to you about the interview (and check the website for more details). It’s perfectly ok to ring up admissions and ask for a bit more detail about what will happen (is it just an interview, is it one to one, is it a group interview, is there a talk/tour, will you meet current students etc).

hello!! I am a first year at Kingston (doing graphics) , and can say that making it your first choice is a very good decision! It's an amazing course. For the interview, my advice would be to have work which isn't solely 'graphic design' done on the computer, or if you don't have work like that demonstrate to them that you are prepared to take risks and think past 2D thoughts. It is most likely a group interview, where they will ask you to talk about one piece of work so just be prepared to talk about one piece in detail, and perhaps choose a piece which has a strong concept/idea behind it! Other than that, just be yourself and i'm sure it will be fine. If you have any more questions about the course PM me, i'll be happy to give you some advice, as I know how stressful the process is! Good luck
