saggy boobs - only 16!

please keep this anonymous - my family use this site, and I don't really want them to see this (especially male members - brother etc.) if it's not ok for anonymous - please just delete!

I've always been quite large breasted - I developed early, and since then they've kept growing steadily over the years, so now I'm a 36DD. For some reason, everytime I went to get fitted for bras, I was always told not to get underwired bras, as they were bad for the muscles, and would result in droopy boos (??) so, obviously, not wanting that, I followed there advice and have been wearing the most ugly non-underwired bras until now.

Now, though, I've been hearings that it's really bad not ot wear underwired - at it is in fact the inderwired which prevent drooping...

this would make sense, as now I have the most disgusting droopy boobs - instead of growing outwards, they've just kept growing downwards - which is horrible, and just quite upsetting - especially at my age. Whenever I hear anything about drooping boobs - its always 50+ women with 5 kids - and they always say they miss the boobs they had when they were 16!

This isn't right, and it is actually really upsetting. I've never owned a bikini, *refuse* to change in front of even my girl friends, and I'm now far too terrified to let a guy see them...

I'm looking for solutions. Are there any ways I can get them a bit more perky? Sort of, unreverse the process of sagging - I don't know what it's called! Any exercises?

Please don't suggest different types of bras - that will just give the appearance of nice boobs - I want actual unsaggy boobs. All my friends compliment me on the size, and I feel good about the size, but it's such a shame to have them, but be wasting them by not being proud and happy about them, because of their shape.
Im 21 and have saggy boobs too! (34EE) Very embarassed to be seen naked if im in a relationship with someone, i demand the light being switched off or I carry them in my hands or use a top to cover myself. I have started thinking about getting cosmetic surgery, to make them more perky - only thing I could think of that would improve them!
I guess the only thing i can think of is cosmetic surgery which (although i may be wrong) i think you can only get done when your 18+??
And only wear underwired bras from now onwards!

All girls who wear a B cup or above will have a certain amount of sag.

I'm about your size (34E) and I have a bit of sag. It's only natural - when you wear a DD or an E cup, you've got heavy breasts!

Breasts are made out of fat, so you can't really do anything to them themselves to make them look perkier, but you can work on strengthening the muscles around them and that will give them the tiniest effect of a boost.

I'm a lazy mare though, so I haven't bothered.

Definitely wear an underwired bra - you won't get any support from anything less. And if you're that big, make sure you get your bra measured AND fitted properly by a decent bra store/department. Actually, go to a few different places to get a different opinion, because sometimes you will be unlucky and get a really stupid fitter.

Be proud of your body. A lot of girls would kill to have larger breasts - they're perceived as feminine by most people and sexy by quite a lot of men. Yes, not all men are attracted to big breasts, but you can't please everyone.

If you get yourself into a proper bra, properly fitted and all of that jazz - your breasts will look instantaneously more perkier. And you'll look thinner too.

As for when the bra comes off? Like I said, a bit of sag is natural. Men are divided between those who like large breasts and small breasts, but the overwhelming majority are against 'plastic'. If you have big breasts and it looks natural - such a turn on.

Seriously, you probably look good. It's hard for me to say that without seeing you, so go stand in front of a mirror yourself and take your top and bra off. Clear your mind of any fears and preconceptions and just look at yourself. If you were a guy looking at that body, what would you think? No, really. Do try this. Try and see how beautiful you are with your own eyes, or you'll never believe it when someone else says it to you.

And forget plastic surgery. You don't need it.

And forget plastic surgery. You don't need it.

I agreee, be proud of the way you are
You don't need surgery; there are several excercises you can do daily that will tighten the muscles; often involving pushing weights inwards towards your chest with raised arms; though I'm no expert, and it's probably best to do a search or go to a local gym to find out more.
And wearing a more supportive bra would boost your confidence in the meantime.
Im 16 size 36D and have the same problem.

I wear underwired bras and always have done so its not you on your own!!

I just get on with it and tend to just hold them up if i'm naked in fornt of anyone.
There is no scientific evidence that bras, or any particular kind of bra, prevent sagginess.
i'm the same (and i'm 15!) but i've begun working out and i think they're getting a bit perkier lol because i'm losing weight so therefore losing body fat and as boobs are just made up of mainly fat, they are getting a bit smaller (i'm currently a 34F but nearly 32E).
one thing i would say though is if you do decide to work out MAKE SURE YOU WEAR AN AMAZING SPORTS BRA. because if not, your boobs will get saggier from moving up and down when you run.
i used to worry about when the time comes to be naked in front of someone but i thought i could just wear a really sexy bra or a supportive slightly see through one, a bit like sheer underwear that you can see through. (if that type of bra even exists).
but the thing that someone suggested earlier (about being topless in front of the mirror and accepting yourself) really does work! try standing in sexy poses or from an angle that makes your boobs look amazing. or if your not ready to do it topless, do it with a sexy bra on (try bravissimo!).
try to accept your body, because once you've done that you're well on your way to other people accepting it as well
hope some of that long post helps lol!
xx
don't worry about it too much! it probably sounds as though its easy for me to say as im 32 A/B but i used to be 34C/D, but have lost a bit of weight and therefore shrunk lol. I feel that mine are saggy now even though they are small, but no ones perfect right? just feel proud that they are big! lots of people lust for them!

If it is real love then dont be so silly, the person will accept you for all that you are, you dont need to hide them away
better than having no boobs at all!!
Hey, im a 34E and i've got some sag, its expected with the weight really like everyone else says, but when doing any sports make sure you wear a really good sports bra as was said before, and again most guys dont care if there is sagging.. there happy as they get to see them.
32F- I promise you, it's probably just the weight making them sag.
There are conflicting studies over which is best, but I always wear an underwire during the day, and a VERY good sports bra when doing any activity.
I have the same problem, Im a little older, i've just turned 18, i'm 5ft3 and have 30GG boobs!! I've noticed mine latly getting gradually very saggy, so much that my nipples are pointing downwards. I hate my boobs, being so big i've aleays been aware they were going to sag, but never ever thought it would be this much by 18! and if theyre like this now i cant imagine what they'll be like when i am say 40ish and have kids. I have been very briefly looking into surgery on the net, but i just think is it worth it with the scarring and everything? I have a long term boyfriend and he doesn't complain, and i dont mind getting naked in front of him, its just more of a personal thing and if i did have surgery it would be purly for myself to make me feel more comfortable with myself, not for anyone else.
You can't help wonder in the back of your mind what people think of them when they see them? Everyone says love what you've got and be comfortable with yourself but easier said than done if you really dont like something, Everyone has some sort of hang-up im sure.
I was a dancer from 3yrs-16yrs and i had boobs during thats time, i know that that definatly began the sagging, although i wore supportive bra's, there's only so much a bra can support when your bouncing up an down so much...
I'm not ruling surgery out for the future but for now im gonna look into the excercises
my boobs are somewher between a B and C, perhaps a small C. i have the same problem and im 16, i'm happy with the size but i feel disgusting when i see them and wouldn't dare let a guy see them and have told myself i wont unless i've got some miracle bra on and even perhaps, at least, a tank top over that. even bras that i try on do not seem to provide any support...they are that saggy. i am always fixing myself and lifting my bra because they sag even with the bra on...i've resorted to just wearing sports bras because they're much more comfortable. i don't think there is anything wrong with you wanting to get surgery to correct it, plus if you just get surgery to give them perkiness it maye look much more real than if you had silicone added to them to actually increase the size. i have already decided that when i get older and have the money for it, i am definitely getting surgery to correct their sagginess...i am going through through the exact same thing and with ya all the way!
