I am a first year and I am going to be renting in August. I am currently in halls with an en suite bathroom, where I usually washed my underwear. Now that I am renting, I am not sure how I will go about washing my underwear around flatmates. I have bladder problems and period problems and this affects how my underwear looks and I am really embarrassed by this.

Sorry if this is a weird question.

You can take them in to wash when you have a shower? Otherwise use the washing machine? I have a laundry bag for my delicates that goes into the machine.

You can get bags that you put underwear in (mostly to protect bras) that you then put in the machine. You could put your underwear in one of these in your room and then take it with your other clothing to the machine and no one will think anything of it
