Had a bad squat session where I had a really sharp pain in my knees- I know I ****ed my form up. About two weeks later they were clicking. anything to worry about or should I just ignore it like I do with my shoulders? Its not painful

If it is painful then try resting and getting a message or something but if it gets worse then try booking a appoinment with your GP, incase it could be something severe x

Clicking in itself doesn't mean anything. My knees have clicked for years, I've asked a physio and have been told it's fine. Sharpe pains when lifting obvious not good though

Could be literally anything, if you're concerned go to a sports physio
