I’m currently in the application process for medicine and honestly you don’t need to worry about your gcse options - all unis take into account are your grades and evidently your grades in science, English and maths.
Triple science will help bridge the gap between GCSEs and a level sciences but imo you should do what you enjoy and what you’re best at because it’s your grades that count!

Do something you really enjoy, uni's only care about science English and maths especially for medicine!
