    I am 16 years old and in full time education. Me and my mum really don’t get along so I have moved in with my boyfriend. The problem is I don’t work and my mum is refusing to give money to me and she is also still claiming for me ? Is there a way I can’t stop her claiming and they be given to me ?

    You can't claim child benefit for yourself.
