    I'm big into food in the sense that it takes a lot for me to get hungry. However recently I've joined the gym so I want to know some more ideas for snacks, and not just fruit/veg because I have those now. Any suggestions to help me feel full between meals but a healthier option to most since I'm working out now? And savoury please!

    Depending on what you’re looking for, Popcorn’s really great at making you feel full with not a lot of calories
