I was just wondering how people who are already students find being vegan at uni because it worries me moving away from home that it will be much more expensive than the average cost for food each week as well as any other advice please
    Much appreciated

I suppose it depends where you shop. You can probably do it cheaply, though the diet wouldn't be vary varied.

I'm not sure why you think it will be much more expensive than average - most vegan students I know do a lot of group cooking, though it does mean they eat a lot of dhal.

As for other advice: learn how to cook for yourself. Learn how to cook nutritious meals and learn how to rotate nutrients properly. The Vegan Society has a lot of recipes if you're not sure where to start.
