I’ve had this for about 4 days. I have no idea if it’s infected or not but it’s worrying. I’ve put Neosporin on it yesterday and it doesn’t seem to be helping. Name: CC3C7723-8549-4D49-9FC2-EA11FF5F9C2F.jpg.jpeg

There's a bit of pink surrounding it which can indicate an infection or that it's leading up to one. Doesn't look too concerning though and a little bit of pink can be totally normal.
The cream you used or another antiseptic cream should be fine for treating it, but since you're clearly concerned about it you would probably feel better visiting a pharmacist who can take a bit of a better look at it and give you some advice.
It does look like a bit of a deep injury so it's not too surprising that is taking a little while to heal and possibly getting a bit irritated/ infected. Even if it is infected it should heal up fine as long as you take care of it well (clean and dry).
The chances of an injury like this posing any real issue are slim. The human body is really good at dealing with stuff like this. Just keep it clean and dry, check in with a pharmacy and wait. No need to worry unless you start feeling unwell or notice really obvious symptoms like puss. Even then a trip to a pharmacy or maybe GP will sort it out.

You worrying so much over this is going to be doing you more harm than the cut is. Have you considered getting some counseling or taking to your doctor about this health anxiety you get? Might be worth trying cos it could help you feel a lot more comfortable with stuff like this.

    Hope that helps
