What exercises do you do between going to the gym? watch

    I've recently joined the gym (so definitely a beginner!) and I have a plan to go every other day, meaning I have a day of recovery in between workouts. My question is, what exercises/amount of exercise should I do on these breaks? Bearing in mind I'm a beginner and my workouts themselves aren't extensive!
