    Is there any chance I can take a gap year after already receiving offers but not accepting/rejecting any or even applied for Student Finance?

    Yes, you need to email the unis. Remember to include your UCAS personal ID.

    The unis don't have to agree to defer your offer. Some unis don't like it, especially for some subjects like maths. If they don't agree, you can still choose to take a gap year but would have to reapply through UCAS from September.

    Ahh I see, I am not applying for maths but for Chem Eng. Wonder what you know about Engineering courses deferring offers?

    It has a lot of maths content, so some unis might want you to do something to keep up your maths skills in your gap year.
