My mocks are in three days time and I am not the best person in exams. I sit there before the exams begin feeling very stressed and scared and I dread exams days before.

However the last few days I have been feeling very panicky and this has never happened before. I may be perfectly fine one minute then I start to randomly burst into tears and my chest feels heavy and I feel like I can’t breathe. Sometimes I upset myself due to school but for the past couple of days I’ve been crying a lot and feeling like I can’t breathe and this has never happened before.

I don’t onow if it’s anxiety or me being extra stressed or medical related but what should I do??

Think of the worst case scenario, what is your contingency plan if things go wrong?

Accept that if things go wrong you will still be in control of your life.

The best opportunities of my life have appeared from my worst times.

Also you need to take control of your thinking, if you start thinking bad things then you just say to yourself “no, i dont have to think that, i am the best at everything”
