    Hi!

Just a quick question, if I didn’t have my elastics on for one day and one night, will my teeth hurt tomorrow when I wake up?? I have been using them religiously prior to this mishap.

I’m going out for a Nando’s tomorrow and I don’t want to have to have chicken soup 😭😭

    Thank you!

p.s. by elastics i mean the rubber bands that you loop around particular brackets’ hooks for jaw adjustment or closing up gaps 😊

I was naughty and forgot to order some more bands so I wasn't wearing any for about 5 days

I don't recall suffering any pain though.

I'd recommend getting all of your food fed to you via a pipe.
