Would I have to sit A-levels if I am an international applicant and have a BSc in human physiology from the USA with appropriate course work (chemistry, biology, biochemistry, physics, etc.)?

I wouldn't think it would be necessary as long as you have relevant qualifications (which you do)- contact the medical schools in question to make sure your qualifications are ok for entry in to their programmes

I'm from the US as well and the universities all accepted my AP/SAT/IB exams.
