I have a a confirmed offer from university of Sheffield for September 18. They have asked me the English proficiency proof to be submitted for carrying forward the CAS Application. I had given TOEFL IBT and got 81 in total but a 16 in reading section. However the visa requires atleast 17 in reading and 80 in total. Should I apply with my present TOELF scores or give another attempt and then submit my TOEFL or IELTS scores?

Contact Uni of Sheffield. Normally the international section. For people who get close then they can agree to let you have a CAS if you enrol on a pre sessional course to bring your English up to scratch. As you are so close it may just be a few weeks.
