Hi, I have almost completed my 4 years of BA hons fashion design from India and willing to pursue BA/Bsc fashion management of 3years +1 optional placement year from UK. What are my chances of visa approval considering I fall slightly short of grades in min. entry requirements for master’s and 3years of bachelor’s will be more beneficial for me in acquiring pertinent knowledge in running a fashion business platform in india than 1 year master’s would.

First off you won't be able to get onto a course without meeting the requirements unless you have substantial work experience and even then the uni may not accept you. Secondly, you cannot get a visa to do a course at the same level as one you have already done without a very good reason such as changing fields which you aren't doing so I would reconsider.

University of cambridge’s website states the second ug degree must be related to the previous course or supports a mix of the two ug will shape the student’s career aspirations. (For uk students)

Not sure what you mean and where this is stated as what you’ve linked to backs up what I said earlier. Your new course must be a step up from your current qualifications. And if you’re a uk student you don’t need a visa but as you need one I’m guessing you’re not and so you need to follow visa rules.

Have you looked into studying a pre-masters course? Assuming you want to study an MA Fashion these are designed to give you 6 months to a year to take some final year UK university modules as well as improving your English language.

Anglia Ruskin, BCU and Herts all offer a fashion pathway to their premasters courses.
