I usually call/message my boyfriend firstand arrange dates etc. I’ve tried not calling him to see if he’ll reach out but i can’t do it becuase I really want to talk to him and see how he’s doing etc. What should I do ?

I know this sounds drastic, but delete his number from your phone.

You won't be able to contact him nor be tempted. & stay away from social media...

I have this app called 'colournote' on my phone, & I used it for stuff like this, I wrote a note 'Dont text him' as a reminder on my phone. & everytime I am tempted, I look at my phone and it stops me because its on my home screen.

I don't use it for that purpose anymore. But it works.

    The things you do.... LOL.

OR you could do the whole acceptance thing, accept that you want to contact him, but dont act on it.

He'll contact you in the end.

You just need to exhibit more self control and not act on your feelings so much

This is how I go about things - I don't care enough to give time to it if it doesn't give time to me. Saying that, I was like this before, to the extent that I thought I wrote the same thread comment on here, but at the end of it, I've realised that I really couldn't care enough about some people. I tried and they didn't and now I know who and what deserves my time.
