    by having strategies to impose when you find yourself like this.

    namely reading, mindfulness, centering yourself on present moment, acceptance etc.

    I have the same problem as I also have anxiety but one way to help is keeping yourself relaxed at all times even it gets a little overwhelming by breathing. Also, things like yoga and just any kind of exercise can help and ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE as hard as that sounds. Don't keep thinking about the worst things that can happen but the things that you can control.

    I hope this helps in someway because I'm not the best at advise and
