    Hi there,

I'm halfway through my first year of University. I'm currently studying for a business degree, I'm enjoying the course but have found an economics module I'm studying this term to be the most interesting to me.

Does anyone have any experience changing from a business degree to either business economics or straight economics? Can it be done, and if so longer-term would it be worth the extra workload it might take?

    Thanks!

    It depends
You can ask about transferring to a joint or major minor. If they dont allow it then resit the year or change degree. You get a gift year. It is a bit late to change for this year imo.
