    Hi

I applied there and I'm an arab hijabi and I was wondering if UEA is a diverse university and if I would fit in, in particular the area and the medical school?

I've seen that previously, thank you, but I'd rather have a student's opinion than an advertisement from the uni.

    thank you!
Universities are generally a lot more diverse than the country as a whole, but not necessarily as diverse as specific areas in the UK.

    Bottom line, you'll be fine.

When I finished studying there in 2015 it was getting more diverse- I was starting to see more non white British faces around, particularly in the library. Whilst I can't recall seeing any headscarves there is an ISoc so I can't imagine you'd be the only one. It will never be as diverse as a London university though.
