I'm 18 female, don't know if that makes any difference. I've been to the doctors couple weeks ago and I have severe anxiety and moderate depression, I kinda knew this for a while but only recently got tested.
I keep getting extremely irritable, feeling like I'm gunna snap at any moment at anything anyone says,for example, gunna tell u my day so u get the feel for it;
Today I woke up at friends house I was fine, laughing, happy etc and I came home had a shower and all that and went out with my family for a meal and I just felt low and annoyed the longer time went on the more irritable I was getting and there was no cause for this, no one was annoying me and I don't dislike my family so nothing triggered it, not that I know of. And ever since I've just been annoyed and haven't really spoken to anyone and my mum tried talking to me and I just grunted at her or I reply in a Moody way, is there any reason for this or is it just me being Moody. Because I try and stop but I just can't. Any tips will be helpful.

I honestly think this is fairly normal for anyone aged 14-20. Did you have a similar phase when you were younger? If not then it might just be hormones catching up with you! I am similar though and tend to get annoyed with my boyfriend fairly easily even though I love him very much and can never put a reason to why I feel irritated! I just put it down to not having a grumpy teenage phase when I was younger and try to stay in another room until I feel less annoyed.
