    Could someone pls tell me why the answer is D in q 5? Why not A?
    And in q 6 why and how is the answer A? Wh not C??

    In Q5, if one of those parallel lamps goes out, the resistance of that bit increases, therefore the resistance in the full circuit increases and the current decreases so N gets dimmer.

    For 6, think of P = I²R, P=V²/R, rearrange them for R= and see which one, when converted to units, would match the answers given.

    Ohhh I forgot to consider resistance and in q6 I had arranged the formula wrong! ><
