I'm currently thinking about doing a history degree and interested in qmul. I saw they offer a Modern and Contemporary History course, is this course seen as a lesser degree to just History? Or is it held at the same standard?

I cant see it being any different. Just compare the modules. It probably just specialises in later periods. Do the one you are most interested in.

Well both of the courses have some of the same modules, so I don't think there would be a major difference.
