    HELP...I ordered a pair of shoes for my mum one month ago, now i have received a bank statement saying i have made 2 orders with Clarks when i have only made one. i have contacted Clarks but they say the second order has been picked up even though it does not exist. they are basically not believing me. what can i do? please help i am only 16 yrs and don't know what to do.please can you leave some helpful tips on what i can do?

    Did you print the order receipt? It should show if you ordered one or two in quantity.

    Use that to email again and say you only ordered one, you were charged for two and have not picked up any orders. You have consumer rights but you might want to do it fast in case they have a 14 day refund policy or some bs.

    Thank you for the advice. after reading many articles i have just kept on contacting them asking for my money back. everything is sorted and they will give my money back but i am still wondering how a second hidden order went through without me getting an addition confirmation as that was the supposed second order
