Hi, can someone please explain how to structure the question for Inspector Calls, and what do you need to include to get top marks?

Topic sentence (The generational divide is eximplified through Sheila's contrasting political views to her parents)
Quote (any quote where Sheila promotes socialism)
Single word analysis (analyse the connotations of one or two significant words of the quote)
alternate interpretation (analyse a different part of the quote)
context (could talk about Priestly being a socialist so thats why he promotes it inthe play or audience reaction)

the above is an example of how your answer the question, 3 (or 4 if you wanna be safe) of those paragraphs done to a good quality should get you a level 8 on the question at GSCE level
