How long should there be. When I work my abs I pushed myself hard to reach 30min. Then take a 15min break and do another 30min. Would it be more effective to do it in one go or in breaks?

Breaks, it’s important to take a short break and refuel and rehydrate yourself before you go back at it again. As you get better gradually increase the time from 30 minutes to say 35 minutes then take a 15 minute break, or just take shorter breaks. But for sure you definitely need a break. The maximum time you should spend working out anyways (for an efficient workout) is about 30-45 minutes
