Hi there I’m a Y11 student and I’m really struggling with English language and Lit. My predicted grades for rest of my GCSE’s are 7s and 8s and it’d look really bad to get a 5 in English. Any tips on how to move up to grade 6/7?

I’m a year11 student and what I’m learing now is that you should really look at past papers to see what examiners have said. However, the one thing that is really helping me out through english is MrBruff on youtube even my English teacher has recommended it. Basically on that channel you can find Tips on all language and lit papers. He shows you past paper answers and also just annotates what examiners want to see in your answers.
