    Compulsory-
    Applications of Mathematics- A
    Methods in Mathematics- B
    English Language- A
    English Literature- B
    Biology- B
    Chemistry- C
    Physics- C
    Citizenship Short Course- B

    Choices-
    Food Tech- A
    Computing- B
    Geography- C
    Spanish- D
    Language Leaders Short Course- C

In terms of choices, my school said I had to pick a humanity (geography), a language (Spanish), a creative subject (computing) and one other from these categories (food tech) plus one short course (language leaders). Had I had free choice, I certainly wouldn't have picked to do a language.
    Oh cool!

Woah 4 languages!! What's that like? Had you studied German before GCSE?
No actually I picked it up September this year I can tell you it's bloody difficult lol German is nothing like French or Spanish, I still enjoy it but it's really challenging! I don't count Latin as a language as such because it's completely different (I mean the layout of the actual GCSE)
Doing 4 languages is a lot of work with all the vocabulary tests and having to learn stuff for writing etc but it is possible. I was only offered the option at the start of year 11 so as you can imagine it wasn't easy coming into the German class not even knowing how to say basic words, but with lots of hard work and perseverance it is possible

    I took: English Lit (Compulsory)
    English Language (Compulsory)
    Extended Maths (Compulsory)
    Economics
    Geography
    French
    Design and Technology Graphic Design
    ICT
    Physics
Overall I don't regret my choices but my only advice is: Don't take physics unless you really really need it as it's very very difficult and there is a quite a bit of work needed to get good grades in the subject
