I don't think my nipples have fully developed yet and I'm kinda lost now watch

Sooo, female of 19 here, perfectly normal breast size. It's just that I'm kinda worried about the growth (if there was any) of my nipples? Like, yeah sure through puberty they started growing ofcourse, but like, they never actually...ehm...fully developed I think? The areola is fine, but that's literally it. The nipple itself, you know, the part that normally should stick out a little, doesn't stick out at all. Like, the areola is this little hill (?? Idk how to describe it otherwise) on the breast itself, but the nipple itself never developed to the point of sticking out a little bit. So I'm kinda worried that there might be something wrong with me. Don't worry, I checked for inverted nipples and that's definitely not the case here ^^"
But yeah I was hoping for some answers, bc I am kinda lost here :/
