Yeah but what is the least amount of calories I can consume?
Difficult to say as it depends on your own body however some people do 500 calorie diets. Have you heard of the 5:2 diet? Basically you eat what you want pretty much for 5 days out of a week then for 2 days you fast basically only eating less than 500 calories. Really effective and it works for most people.

You don’t seem to get how this works. It’s quite simple.

You are an energy machine(this is an oversimplification obviously, but it’s roughly true)

Energy goes IN when you eat.

Energy goes OUT when you exercise AND energy goes OUT through what your body consumes every day to run your body(total daily energy expenditure, TDEE). This is different for each person but can be roughly calculated(google)

Fat is stored energy, it is all the energy you have taken IN but have not taken OUT.

Every time you take IN more than you take OUT, it is stored as fat. Every time you take OUT more than you take IN, your body needs to get the energy from somewhere, so it takes it from your energy stores(fat).

Find out what your tdee is(roughly). Eat less than that. Exercise to burn more, so you can either eat slightly more or get faster results.

You can have self control where you ensure you don't over eat. You're not serious about losing weight if you aren't willing to reduce your eating.

How are you starving yourself by eating what you want 5 days in a week?

You're missing the point. You eat as you would normally 5 days a week. Not saying you gorge on junk food for those days.

Yeah so just eat 3 meals a day, drink lots of water, eat generally healthily but if you have a chocolate bar or crisps that's fine. Then for 2 days eat hardly anything. Don't do the 2 days consecutively though.
