    Hey!

I graduated in 2017 with a 2:1 in BSc in Psychology, and have been accepted onto an MSc at Newcastle for Foundations in Clinical Psychology because I always wanted to be a clinical psychologist.

However, i have recently decided that I would like to pursue medicine. I have been looking online for a guide on how to apply but none of the guides are really that clear, please could someone break it down for me so that I know exactly how I need to go about applying?

I would also love to hear from people who have applied or are in the process of applying for GEM!

    Thanks guys!

You'd have been better off posting this in the Medicine forum, there are threads full of GEM applicants!

This website is pretty useful as a basis:

Essentially it's like applying as a school leaver. You do it through UCAS, sit admissions exams (which one depends on where you apply), get work experience/do volunteering, write a PS, get a reference, etc.

P.S. I'm applying this year for 2019 entry
