How do you get motivated and get in a work frame of mind

The way I do it is I leave my self no choice but to work. I’ll get all of my other affairs in order like going to the gym, eating, cleaning, food shopping or whatever I need to do that day so then I’ve got no distractions and the only thing left for me to do is work. I can then sit down peacefully and just start getting it done. I won’t have an excuse to avoid doing my work if that makes sense

Keep a timetable, and stick to it. Get plenty of sleep at night, and work in set time periods, with a fair balance between studying and breaks. Always know what you want to achieve/learn, if you go into a revision session with your head all over the place, you'll find it hard to revise. I know it's pretty cliche stuff that's said all the time, but it works.

What I plan on doing between now and my first GCSE sit in May, is to slowly build up the amount of revision I do, in order to stay prepared, but also sane at the
same time. Try not to think too much about doing the revision, and just get on with it and do it.
