Im suddenly getting really depressed about my constipation and tried every single thing such as Calfig , Fibrogel , Ducrolax and im currently on Macrogel.

I have tried all the natural remedies at home. Sometimes I don't feel like going to school because I have such bad anxiety over it especially the flatuolence.

Have you seen a doctor about it? If you haven't I would recommend you do.

I drink about 5 glasses throughout the day.
It includes one of them where I have to dissolve the Marcogel inside

Depending on how long you've been taking it.. you should go back and say it hasn't helped. What kind of diet do you eat? Much fibre?

aight I got you, so you got these options.

    a) Use Laxatives.
    b) Eat stuff high in fibre.
    c) Drink water (Cause your sh*ts get tougher when your dehydrated).
    d) Eat some nando chicken at max heat level (I'm talking extreme spicy).
    e) Go to the doctors.

    Aight dr smackhead out.

I'm going to give it a week for it to work
I just started taking it on Thursday. My diet has changed completely because of it and I tried to include fibre a lot of food and fruits

Ah no I'm really sorry to hear that. It's awful when you feel that you've exhausted every option and there is nothing you or anyone else can do to help you. But don't ever give up. It may seems like it absolutely consumes your life now but you've got to trust that things will work out and can only get better. I can totally sympathize with your position because it seems so out of your control and probably makes you feel like this abnormal person on the outset with a really crippling problem. But you've got to just own it and be confident about who you are and every little thing about yourself. Which I get is much easier said than done but although it doesn't fix the problem that decrease in worry and stress is going to help the situation a lot more. You are so much more than this illness you maybe feel defined by. I truly hope it gets better for you but like everyone else has already mentioned, medically speaking those are your best bets, have a lovely day.

How big are these glasses? 5 doesn't sound like enough, you should aim for more.
Eat prunes or have prune juice.
