Year of entry not recognised!

My daughter is trying to do her student finance application for September 2018. The university and course details appear on the website but when she selects year of entry as 'first' she gets an error message saying this year isn't available.

Any idea how to get around this?

Contact her university. They’re responsible for making sure that all of their courses are listed correctly on the student finance system.
