    So it's asking for the new concentration in mol per litre. You don't really need to do any working out. If you think about it, you're adding 900ml of water to 100ml of 0.2 mol AgNO3. Regardless of how much water you add you're still going to have 0.2 mol of AgNO3. The only thing that will change when you add more or less water is the concentration. You have 0.2 mol of AgNO3 and now 1000ml of water (1litre). So that's 0.2 mol for every litre of water. So 0.2mol/litre.
