    Hi everyone,
I am currently in Year 9, and choosing my options.
I am really confused about which subject to choose between Business Studies and CIDA. I want to choose one as a subject/option, and the other as the reserve, just in case I don't get a place to do the subject that I want to.
Please recommend which one would be better to do, and the difficulty level of the subject. I love CIDA, but I also want to try something new like Business Studies, as we have not been taught that in school.
    Thanks in advance!!!

Personally, I took both subjects (different education system) and I'd say that my preferred option is computing, business can be fun and it is interesting to learn about all the areas and so on, but its a lot of writing and a lot of remembering things. So if you're determined and have a good memory go ahead.

I would say that you should consider what your strengths are and what you are aiming to do when you leave school, as one of these subjects should be more practical right?

    Thank you so much!

But to be honest, I don't exactly know what I want to do in the future.
Maybe study Medicine, Engineering or Law.
Based on this, what would you recommend choosing?

Hmm, I'm no expert but I don't see some use of computing in medicine, engineering or law. Perhaps in engineering depending on the area. As for medicine, I'd say more of the science areas. As for law, I'd recommend business. So, as a sort of logical option, business studies would be useful in my opinion.
