    When your applying for alevels do the subjects you choose have to relate?

    No. You can pick 3/4 completely unrelated subjects if you want. However, I’d try to make sure they relate to the uni course you want to study in the future (if you want to go to uni). If you’re not sure of what you want to do, then picking unrelated subjects is a good way to keep your options open.

    If you want to take physics you have to take maths as well in most schools, but apart from that no. I mean I do one of the weirdest combinations of subjects, only one other in my year does the same!
