has anyone bought glasses from ace and Tate? I really like some of the designs but am sceptical given it's online and I like to try glasses first. is their system to try pairs good? what's the quality like? are the lenses as good as what you'd get from a high Street opticians?

I haven’t personally. Which glasses are you wanting to buy?

i ordered a try at home kit and didn't have time to return it until weeks after it was supposedly due to be sent back and yet they said nothing about it! they seem pretty chill, and if you're not sure about which frames you want just order the try at home thing, it's pretty worth it. I was set on one of the frames because they were both stylish and sturdy but then I found some better looking ones in Specsavers, only reason why I didn't get them. Delivery was quick and free. If you live anywhere nearby London there's a shop in the Seven Dials in Covent Garden where you can try on stuff.

Thanks that's really helpful to hear. They seem to be a great company from what I've read and good value too.
