I am currently in the uni cheerleading society's jazz squad and I keep thinking I should quit. In the first term the coach kept cancelling sessions and we only started learning the routine for comps in the new year. the first comp is next week and we have barely learnt the routine, sometimes the coach doesn't turn up at all or makes the session about half an hour because she wants to rush out and go drinking. I think I should quit but Id waste so much money Ive already paid £140 to be in the society plus £30 for uniform. Everyone in the squad doesn't really speak to me and are v stuck up as they are already cheerleaders and look down on the ones like me who are new. what should i do??

At this point I wouldn't let the team down before the competitions but if you still feel this way by the end of the year don't go back.
