I am really getting stressed over my A level maths recently and its not even the difficulty of the subject that is bothering me. I understand most of the concept really well and have no problem with that. The thing that is annoying and stressing me out the most is the amount of errors and mistakes there are in my working that stop me from getting the right answers. It's those small plus/minus errors or writing the wrong numbers. I reattempted a question I went over in class while also taking my time... and lo and behold, I got it wrong because of some stupid mistake I made... and I am sure it was the same mistake as before. I don't know what to do about it as even when I take my time and try to be careful I still make some retarded mistakes. This has been noticible in a lot of my homework but it is really affecting me now as we just did 3D vectors(FP1) which has a lot of working out involved.

Same, I have this issue as well.
It has improved recently though, firstly slow down a little and just think over what you are writing because sometimes what you write not be what you think so just always be conscious of this. At the start, this was easier said than done so what I did was apply this when doing past paper questions and kept doing it until mistakes weren't as frequent anymore.
Good luck ^^
