Does "being able to get disability benefits" mean you can get them from the government, or you come under the category of disabled in some way?

E.g: I am not physically disabled but I have a life-long condition that does mean I will be applying for DSA.

I'm unsure of what to answer for this section when applying to Student Finance.

    Hi Robbie,

Can you confirm the questions on the section of the application that you wish help with?

    Thanks

    Louise
