    Hey guys,

I was wondering if any of you are interested in getting a studio for the next academic year. It's at Leeds Student Village (LS3 1LN) about 15 mins walk to city centre. All big student accomodations are around this area too, so there's a good social life to be had.

As in any studio you get your own kitchen and bedroom area, your own bathroom and a separate room as a wardrobe. It's on a top floor (7th floor) so you won't have neighbours bothering you at night, if you looking for that.

Place also has a common room where the admin office organises occasional events with free food, drinks, etc. It's fun.

It's a 44 week contract, £151 per week, all bills included + a fast 100Mbps internet available as well (no extra charge). Also because it's not a full year contract, it's cheaper overall and is equivalent to only £127 pw if spread to 52 weeks.

The studio is great for couples. It also becomes quite cheap if you share it with somebody else.

If interested, want to see pictures or come for a viewing, please let me know.
