I literally have nothing to do in my spare time

I'm 25, male, virgin, never had a girlfriend, IT graduate, works in a retail store, 16 hours a week, 4 hour shift a day, no friends at work, spends rest of free time in bedroom on Facebook liking posts, doesn't talk to anyone, plays video games, joined gym recently, not been once due to confidence issues, likes cars, spends money on souping up own car in summer as no garage at home, eats takeaway food, complains home made food is junk, watches porn at night to be happy, likes to sleep for 10 hours, hates doing household chores, no friends to hang out with, parents want me to find a girl and get married, haven't even talked to one girl yet, becomes shy and nervous around girls, lies to people about not being a virgin.

So yeah that sums me up.

How can I change for better and happier life?
Get out and do something! Push past the original barriers and fog that hold you back and go for it!

And don't feel too down about yourself! Fake confidence til you get it for real!

And also, having a girlfriend will not be a solution to your problems. Neither will having sex. So forget about it for now and focus on becoming a better and more rounded person. And get another job or more hours!

You sound identical to my mate! It is very bizarre, I would be surprised if it wasn't you.. Joe!

More seriously, I think you've got to try something out that interests you. I recently started going to car meets and they are brilliant - lots of like minded car guys/gals, granted I have a friend to go with so it makes the whole thing a little bit easier in the beginning. But, I think confidence is one of those things you can 'fake it until you make it'. At least that is how I believe I gained some of my confidence previously when I felt a little inferior.

So yeah, car meets? car forums? Try to spark up a conversation with someone else that looks friendly and take it from there. No regrets my friend
Yeah I agree with volunteering too, you can meet lots of great people doing it. Youth clubs, elderly people's Home, animal shelters etc.
