I have recently quit smoking and focused on my skin care; I was wondering if my years of smoking have left irrecoverable damage to my skin. How do I remedy this damage?

    Well done on quitting.

I doubt it will have done much tbh. Guessing you're early 20s?

I'm 22, smoker for 3 years. I hope new skin will grow and it will be like I never smoked!

3 years is not that long. However I'd say the health of your lungs is more important than your skin!

Your skin will improve to a certain extent. However eating a good diet (lot's of fruit/veg) and doing exercise will significantly improve what sort of results you experience.

smoking does age skin and cause wrinkles.
But I'm not sure the impact 3 years of smoking will have on visible ageing
